Hello

Hello, I'm Tina Roggenkamp, and this is my crafting site. I live with my family in North Carolina and we love the beaches and the mountains. I have been knitting and crocheting since 2005. I began sewing clothes in 2017 or so and have always wanted to learn how to make quilts.

My great-grandmother was a prolific quilter and she always used upcycled fabric - old sheets, any fabric she could get her hands on, and she'd use old quilts as batting. She hand sewed all of her quilts, every tiny stitch by hand - a cozy labor of love to create quilts that I cherish to this day.

My other hobbies include gardening, reading, cross stitch, and sitting outside with my cat. I love thrifting and collecting fabric to upcycle into quilts, bags, clothes, and other items.
